Work as electronic engineer in sewing machine R&D projects, Develop computerized electronic sewing machine with embroidery function by using broad engineering concepts and research new techniques
R&D Main Responsibility:
1.Prepare and input product documentation for software subsystem according to the project requirements
2.Design, realize, integrate and test new components for sewing machines in compliance with product development process, including:
1)Designing circuits
2)Lay-out CPU board, define it's dimension and fixing points etc.
3)In charge of cabling (harness), connectors, sensors, switches, wires, cables, LED lamps, key boards/LED, LCD displays, touch screen displays, stepper motors, drive motors (AC and DC), foot controller, transformers, embroidery unit vs. stepper motors.
4)Contacting with regulatory body.
3.Cooperate with external component suppliers, assist to directly contact suppliers to make prototype, initial samples, and to monitor and evaluate suppliers' process until launch
4.Interface to manufacturing process in the later stage of mass-production.
5.Involvement in Project management:
6.Responsible for schedule estimation and final test plans and documentation
7.Develop and create engineering solutions, meet project objectives considering cost, schedule and technical requirements
8.Provide regular program status to management
9.Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree or above in Electronic Engineering.
2.Minimum 3-year electronic designing, engineering or related experience.
3.Experience with the following technologies: Windows, motion control, PCB design, mixed-signal circuit design (all required), FPGAs (desirable).
4.Experience with electronic testing.
5.Experience in project management is preferred.
6.Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
7.A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
8.Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technologies.
9.Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree or above in Electronic Engineering.
