Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain budget database and related system
2. Assistant to perform China annual budget procedure
3. Review branches and China Home Office day to day budgetary applications
4. Other budgetary related assignments
Key Performance Index
1. Accuracy and completeness of work produced.
2. Deliver assignment on time
Education University graduate or above, preferably in information technology
Skills/Language
Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Have strong skills in oral and written communication
Solid knowledge on database application, very strong hands-on experience on MS
Access
Language skills: Chinese, fluent English in speaking and writing
Competencies
Customer focus, quality of work, accountability for results, communication, in
tegrity
PersonalityDiligence, earnest

vb,c#,mysql,html skill very nicely also ,but my English speaking was not very fluent(writing is good),that will let me out may be, 友邦保险中国分公司 was a china office,why must to need fluent english speaking,leaders can do this replace,
