在下数据库的主窗中的图标与标签总是一闪一闪的，不知什么原因造成的？很烦，又没办法防止，特来问问

多加一道门坎，设个总局是否变量，主体节鼠标移动时为否，控件鼠标移动时为是，为是时每一个控件的SpecialEffect功能才可启动

用边框颜色，不用边框效果，边框默认颜色：14869218

发现在标签上移动还是会闪，但在下没有使用标签，按常理应该不会的呀？？？？
