ActiveX 部件不能创建对象

我用的Office 2003 是在原Office XP 升级的，使用中发现在 工具--分析--性能（或表，文档管理）都不能用，提示 “ActiveX 部件不能创建对象”，把Office 2003 删除重装也没用，请问哪位高手知道怎么解决？谢谢
