制做右键菜单要引用Access自带的功能如下，
但有此方法要先知道Control.ID 比如复制(&C) 的 ID 是 19
那此不知道 ID号的工具怎么办？，如  删除记录

Private Sub MenuBuy()
Dim CB As Office.CommandBar
Dim CBB As Office.CommandBarButton
