日期到期检测代码

在窗体1中，我想运行查询后达到如下目的：
1、将合同到期与不到期的记录分别用MSGBOX语句显示出来，但运行时提示出错，如何解决？
2、在例子中的“陈生”，其合同工程记录既有没到期的，也有到期的，哪么，用什么语句来检测？
盼大家指教
