跪求一个完整的access文件

A database with 2 tables and at least 4 different field types in each record such as text, date, yes/no etc.
At least 10 data records in one of the tables; the second table could have fewer records. Don’t bother with field descriptions.
Establish reasonable relationship among items of the database.
At least 3 different types of queries based on the data provided in the tables.
At least 3 forms to facilitate data entry.
At least 3 reports to display your data in an attractive and professional manner.
Use correct pivot table and pivot chart to display your data.
