[求助]如何在交叉表查询的准则中设置参数？

例如有一个交叉表查询用于查询各客户购买各种产品的数量合计，想在＂产品类别＂列下设置准则，在准则栏中直接输入某一具体的类别代码（如＂53")就可以运行，但是如输入＂［请输入类别代码］＂就会出现提示说数据引擎不能将[请输入类别代码]识别为一个有效的字段名或表达式".

请问出现上述现象是什么原因? 如何解决?

原因是，在交叉表查询中的参数必须设定数据类型。菜单：query->parameters。越来越觉得帮助是最好的教材呀！Specify a [url=mkMSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\OFFICE11\1033\acmain11.chm::/html/achowCreateParameterQueryThatPromptsCriteriaUsesSeS.htm#]data type[/url] for the parameters if your parameter query:

• Is a crosstab query or the underlying query for a crosstab query. (In these cases, you must also set the ColumnHeadings property in the crosstab query.)

How?

• On the Query menu, click Parameters.
• In the first Parameter cell, type the first prompt you entered in the query [url=mkMSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\OFFICE11\1033\acmain11.chm::/html/achowCreateParameterQueryThatPromptsCriteriaUsesSeS.htm#]design grid[/url].
• In the Data Type cell to the right, click the appropriate [url=mkMSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\OFFICE11\1033\acmain11.chm::/html/achowCreateParameterQueryThatPromptsCriteriaUsesSeS.htm#]data type[/url] ...
