微软最有价值专家(MVP) 是微软对活跃在各社区论坛的微软专家们的一个荣誉称号。每年几次评选，且MVP不是永久有效，每年都要重新进行评选。

从2016年开始，微软最有价值专家(MVP) 2016年申请有以下重大变化：

1.以前传统的Office (含 Access Excel PPT Word等）普通应用层面将不能申请为新的MVP
   只能申请Office Development (如插件 开发 add-in开发）才可以申请新的MVP

2. 增加了一些新微软方向的申请。特别是APP开发的

3. 以前旧的MVP连任还可以继续使用 Office (含 Access Excel PPT Word等）申请。
