求助VBA的汇总方式

1.对SHEET(1)!A:F范围里同时满足a(n)=X1,B(n)＝X2,C(n)=X3 条件的E(n)的值
2.对SHEET(1)!A:F范围里同时满足a(n)=X1,B(n)＝X2,C(n)=X3 条件的E(n)的值汇总
请问如何实验，那种方法比较快？

小弟用ｆｏｒ　和ｉｆ条件判断，运算非常慢，请各位指教。

或者如何改写这段代码，令其高效？
